QR Code: Click and scan QR Code to show staff to enter points.

Enter Code: Merchant shares a code to enter, so guests can enter themselves to claim the points.

Merchant Enters Code: The guest hands over their device so that the merchant can enter the code.

Customer Number: Provide your customer number via email, booking form or in person so the merchant can add points.

After a customer has earned enough points, they can choose a reward and redeem their points in three ways.

QR Code: The customer shows a QR code for merchant to scan QR code with any QR scanner app on their device which opens a web page for merchant to redeem the reward. 

Merchant Enters Code: Merchant generates a unique code on their device and enters it on the customers device.

Customer Number: Merchant redeem reward by selecting the reward requested by the guest and then enter the customers number.
