We don't always do what we do because things are going great. Of course things could be going so well for you that you merely need help filling in the gaps between a high season and a low season. However, our experience in improving hotels has continued to show us the struggles the hotel owners continue to encounter. Knowing that, we wanted to ease the burden and so have develop a strategy around helping hotel owners through whatever challenge they may be facing. In order to do that, we first established the services hotel owners need, and second developed a number of software tools as well as the Healthy Hotel Checklist, to provide hotel owners the first step to healthier hotel businesses.
